LISSENCEPHALY AWARENESS

Please join us in our efforts to create more awareness for Lissencephaly. We want to continue promoting September 8th as our day of awareness, to do so; We have created a  proclamation for you to use, it is attached below. This proclamation is to be signed by city &/or state officials, declaring September 8th as Lissencephaly Awareness Day.

PROCLAMATIONS

How do I get a proclamation signed?

+ Print or save the Proclamation file

+ Email or call your local Mayor's office

+ Ask them if they will sign a proclamation declaring September 8th "Lissencephaly Awareness Day" in your city/state. You can also request a photo with the mayor/governor as a keepsake!

+Send us a copy/photo of the signed proclamation and you get to keep the original!

+Email signed proclamations to lissproclamations@gmail.com THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, WE NEED TO TRACK ALL PROCLAMATIONS.

We currently only have proclamations for the US, we would like to eventually help other countries as well but cannot do so at this time. Families worldwide are more than welcome in joining us on September 8th to celebrate.
